At first sight one may thing that the ECG Watch is a special wrist-gadget to measure the electrical activity of one’s heart. But in fact the timepiece has nothing to do with medicine. The ECG Watch uses the principle of the electrocardiogram to indicate the current time in a very original way.

The ECG Watch is a LED watch that displays time in the ECG format: the time indicated by the unusual timepiece reminds the pattern of one’s heartbeat on an ECG device. The time-telling with this device may seem rather tricky, but in fact it is quite easy and understandable. At the display of the watch there are two spikes: the upper one shows the hour, while the bottom one shows the minute.
The new device is housed by a case that measures 3.5 x 4.6 x 1 cm and weighs around 158 grams. The watch relies on a CR1632 battery for power and has to be constantly recharged. But actually recharging is quite simple. All you have to do to charge your ECG Watch is to connect it to your computer’s USB port: the timepiece comes with a USB cable that is meant for connecting to the USB port for charging.
The ECG Watch is available in two colour schemes: black with red LED display and silver with green LED display.

Hi! Well, I don’t think it is waterproof: it is equipped with an USB port and other electronic elements that are ebtter not to put into water.
